Anger Management Groups

The goal of anger management groups is to work with others having the same feelings. We look at our examples for future reference to adjust how we react to specific situations. Successful anger management groups develop healthy ways for classmates to express anger and frustration.

Anger Management Class

Anger is a natural emotion and no one should feel bad about experiencing it. We want to ensure that you have all the tools to prevent violent outbursts, understand triggers, and avoid anger when possible. We understand that while you may not have an anger problem, you might need to learn new ways to managing your behavior.

Evaluations and Assessments

Anger Management Evaluations are conducted by a Certified Anger Management Specialist who understands the proper steps to avoiding triggers and how to properly use coping mechanisms. Anger is a difficult emotion to control, even in the best of circumstances. If you are arrested for a violent charge, you may be required to complete an anger management evaluation by your probation officer.
